After the JOOMLA core implemented automated updates, we present the next step in this environment: an infrastructure for third party extension developers to use the automated update process for their own extensions. It is based on the existing TUF implementation within JOOMLA and will be available as an independent component containing both parts of the environment (the "intermediary" part who acts as a broker between the JOOMLA core and the third party developer, and also the "extension developer" part).
